Eli and especially Amelia have had quite the imaginations since we watched the show "Bridge to Tarabithia" I would highly recommend it. We had to explain a lot to them about imagination, but after we did they were not scared by it and really enjoyed using their imaginations.
Well, I tried to upload a picture of Eli in Fairyland, but our connection was too slow or something, so use your imagination.

I can imagine Eli in fairy land, but to clarify for Matt does it involve dressing up in frilly things?
No frilly things, just Eli surrounded by some neat white fairylike weeds.
